CPS 2.0 upgrade

I am trying to upgrade CPS 2.0 to CAPS 2.1. OD Base and OD Admin Server both upgrade successfully. When the ControlHub upgrade starts, it bombs with the following error:

Has anyone else encountered this error during the upgrade process? If so, how was it resolved.
