Could not start the Interwoven Web Daemon
Hello:
We are still running TeamSite 5.5.2 and we finally ran into a major problem.
After a hard reboot of the server, we have not been able to restart the Interwoven Web Daemon.
The Microsoft Management Console displays the message:
Could not start the Interwoven Web Daemon service on Local Computer. The service did not return an error. This could be an internal Windows error or an internal service error. If the problem persists, contact your administrator.
The system event application log shows the message:
The Apache service named iwwebd.exe reported the following error:
>>> [Tue Mar 20 15:49:11 2007][warn]pid file e:/iw-home/iw-webd/logs/httpd.pid overwritten - Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run? <<<
before the error.log could be opened.
More information may be available in the error log file.
The error log doesn't have additional information as it was never opened.
Has anyone ran into this situation? How was the problem resolved?
Thank you,
--Mimi
