iwat issue ?

I set up an iwat trigger:

>iwat GroupTaskTaken "C:/interwoven/iw-home/iw-perl/bin/iwperl c:/interwoven/iw-home/custom/wft/bin/take_cgi.ipl"

>iwlsat

So it is registered, the script works (it dumps command line parameters and ENV variables to a file).

But when I register the thing, an iwperl process runs and chews up 100% of my cpu.

By iwrmat and rebooting, I fix my server.

Am I doing anything obviously wrong ? I am trying to catch a group take task event.

Tips/Pointers/RTFMs appreciated.
