This is a 'is there a way to do it?' question....
We have several work queues set up, fed by specific workflows/lifecycles.
In discussion with the users, they have identified a need to be able to change an objects queue/workflow. Since each workflow has a unique type, my first thought was to have an option to simply grab the object and move/copy the document back to the external folder that Captiva uses to push the document to Documentum, then trash the original object.
But, I can't find any obvious way to do this for the workflow.
Can Process Builder do this? Or can the object type be changed and its workflow be changed?
