display "Title" attribute in filelist in CCstd??
System
Is there anyway, without writing an entire custom portlet for CCstd, to get the filelist to display the Title (of lets say an article for example) instead of just the filename (and have it sortable as well)?
I have specific requirement to let the users see their content in a workarea based on the Title, and the only 2 options I can think of is letting the filename actually be the title (which I would prefer not be the case) or write an entirely new portlet and have to replicate most of the other functionality in the current file/directory list (which seems like a lot of work for such a small UI request).
I was hoping there was some way to make a new column and expose an EA or some other basic way to do it... but it seems that via the EA is not supported (at least as far as I can tell) and the aside from the predefined list of Attributes for columns (exisiting or hidden), you can't just add a "custom" one.
I am hoping I am wrong and someone can point me in the right direction.
BTW.. using 6.7.1 on Solaris..
Thanks.
