table of contents 'in a way'

Does anyone have any idea how I can accomplsih the following?

I want to load ALL DCRs in a particular folder and print out all the dcr.Headlines through some sort of iteration. As you can see it is a table of contents sort of. I am looking at the iwpt_dcr_load but can't seem to find anythign that works. I can't do the example in the book (loading the actual path to the dcr's) because of the platform I am running. If anyone has any suggestions I really appreciate it.
