OD reciever error

System

I set up a deployment between 2 server using the remotediff,

source server path = \inetpub\wwwroot\ceprc

target server path = \inetpub\wwwroot\ceprc

Both path do exist yet I keep getting the same error inthe log file and the deployment failed

Erro in log =

ERROR: prepare-failed.
LIB: 2007-01-11 14:39:21 Receiver-ERROR: ERROR: [\inetpub\wwwroot\ceprc] is not an allowed deployment path.
LIB: 2007-01-11 14:39:21 ERROR: Failed to deploy local_directory[.] of area[\Inetpub\wwwroot\ceprc]

Does any one know exactly why this is not an allowed deployment path.
