iwproxy was unable to open a connection

Hi,

When i try to view an xls file in TS, iam getting the following error:

iwproxy was unable to open a connection to: 10.200.200.200:81
Reason: Connection refused.

Teamsite 6.5
Solaris 8

I checked the iw.cfg file,
[iwproxy]
iwproxy_host=localhost
customer_webserver_host=10.200.200.200
iwproxy_port=1080
customer_webserver_port=81

I tried iwreset -ui, it didn't work..

Could somebody suggest what else i need to check or debug.
