New hardware and mbin is slow(er)...

Help help. We moved to new servers last night/this morning and the performance is slow. I search on the kb and read every article about configuring mbin performance and we are doing everything that I could find per the support kb.

One problem I have is that the MBCache share is not being utilized. I setup the share, the share has read/write permissions on Everyone, the share has 30gb free, I tried setting the value to 30000 and also -1 (no limit), the path is accessible, but, nothing ever gets written to the share. It's always empty.

Ideas? What can I do to increase my performance?
