hidden tag cgi callout

Hi All,

Can someone provide me with an example how to populate a <hidden/> tag with database values through an external Perl file?

A customer uses javascript code to initialize the HIDDEN tag from the Perl file using Javascript &colon; calloutForm.prod_id.value = 'TEST'. This results in an empty <hidden></hidden> tag.

any ideas?
