New Capability - LiveSite Forum - Sticky Posts

We are testing a new capability *only* in this forum - the ability to have posts be "sticky".

Posts marked as "sticky" by the forum moderator (Shanon or Heather) will stay at the top of the new forum postings for this board. The first word of these posts will also be "sticky".

Once we get some feedback on this capability, we will consider using it for other boards.
