Running multiple data deployments transactionally

I'm sure there's a way to do this but I'm at a loss as to how to proceed...

I need to run several datadeployments transactionally. They all occupy the same config file but are invoked by different "iwdd"'s. Since these definitions cannot be combined into the same dbschema, how do I go about running several or many datadeployments transactionally?
