Multiple error messages upon submit.

System

Getting -
Invalid workflow:
ERROR: Could not create task Unlock Files
ERROR: Task owner "S-1-5-..." is no a valid user
ERROR: 00925: No such user
ERROR: 00925: No such user

Can anyone point me to documentation reagrading this?
