XCP application_parameter not accessible when i merge sub application.

Hi,

I have a problem with access parameter XCP2.3 (13patch). I create a sample application it works fine normally but after merging a new sub-application in the sample application parameter not accessible.
I also try to access using URL's HTTP//:localhost:8080/application_name/#namespace_application_parameter but it shows only save button.

please reply, If anyone has any solution or any suggestion.
