Hi All,
We are currently using Captiva Capture 7.6 installed latest patch as well (IA Server patch 14 & IA Client patch15). When we are trying to create a batch using ScanPlus, we are getting the below error:
"The process must be installed on all the servers in this ScaleServer Group". But we have only 1 server and verified from IA Admin Console - Servers - View ScaleServer Groups - i don't see any other IA Server added over here.
From the error it says that We need to install the process on all the servers but we have only 1 server and i can see the process when i login to IA Admin Console and can open the ScanPlus settings also in setup mode.
Any pointers will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
