I am fetching some values from database and storing them into perl variable, which further would be rendered on xml file. I am able to fetch the values but they are getting stored and rendered in an incorrect format.For instance ,the non-english characters used in other languages like Arabic, Thai etc. are being rendered as "????". For eg.Text "Lập kế hoạch bay" is rendered as "L?p k? ho?ch bay".
Any help regarding the same would be appreciated.
