We have Documentum 7.2 and xPlore 1.5. We recently changed the dmadmin password. Did the change on the repective Services in the right order (i.e stopped IA, IndexServer, JavaMethod, Repository, Docbroker) changed the password, and restarted in reverse order. It keeps happening though that the dmadmin accout keeps getting locked. We have done passwords changes in the past and never had this problem. We isolated that if we stop the IndexAgent the account does not get locked (or at least it has not for 4 hours now which is good); any ideas as to why this may be happening?
