Assing a new Page type/layout in EStudio

I have successfully added a new page type and layout to SitePublisher but it's not available in EStudio.

I updated:

...\Interwoven\TeamSite\local\config\lib\content_center\livesite_customer_src\etc\conf\livesite_customer\pagetype-config.xml

Then I did a

build.bat (which completed successfully)

What did I miss to get the new page type & layout available in EStudio?
