License File invalid

System

Have a OD 5.6 SP1 rcvr server running on Windows 2000. Did an in place upgrade to OD 6.1. Install was clean and complete but when I copy the od.lic file to the etc directory the service will start and stop right away.

The windows event log gives me an error of the JVM exited with a code of 3.

The od.log file says invalid license.

Working with support and number of licenses we have are not an issue.

If I remove the license file the service starts again successfully.

I have completed 5 other rcvr servers successfully and the last two now are running into this issue.
