File Imports

I upgraded by JVM to 1.4.2_12 and now get a "Java Not found on this machine" error when I try and import files.

It does this against both TS6.1 and TS6.7

I tried reverting back to an earlier JVM version but it did not solve the problem.

A customer has this issue as well.

Any assistance gratefully recieved. Support seem pretty stumped as well.
