Includes not working in hidden editions

I've enabled SSI on IIS and I'm running TeamSite 6.5 SP2.

The include files are being "included" when previewing content & viewing the generated page. So everything is working as it should.

However, when I view files that are stored in a hidden edition, the includes aren't working and I'm receiving "Error processing SSI file".

Any thoughts?
