Download error on TIFF assets for user groups

Our MediaBin has multiple user groups defined. For one set of users, when a download is requested of a JPG original, the task processes and a JPG file is delivered. However, if this set of users requests a download of a TIFF original using the same download task, the file is delivered with no extension and will place an .xml extension on the file when saved. The task is built with the JPG encoder and the "add default extension" box is checked.
