I am trying to find a solution to a Problem with the automatic PDF renditions.
When I import an E-Mail (HTML/HTM) to the DA it gets automatically rendered to a PDF. I am wondering if I can change the default type of PDF it gets rendered to or to choose the encoding type at least.
The Problem is that the email contains some German letters with umlauts (e.g: ä,ö,ü) but unfortunately they do not get rendered correctly in the PDF. I have tried to transform it to PDF/A for testing and they ware displayed correctly. So looks like the Problem with the Default format.
