xCP 2.1 Rest service to upload Document and metadata to repository

HI Team,

I have a requirement where user upload document from third party system, From Documentum side we need to provide RestFull service which will pick up the attachment and Metadata as 2 parameters to  REST services and store those into documentum.

Can any one please provide suggestions to implement in Java.
