Dear Experts,
We are currently using Webtop 6.7 Sp2 on a 7.2 Linux-Oracle environment.
I wanted to get some insight and feedback from other admins/developers on the benefits of upgrading to Webtop 6.8.1 versus Webtop 6.8.2.
From my research i found out that the 6.8.2 webtop has a new browser plugin which will take care of the file transfer that also needs admin permissions to be installed on the end user's machine.
Purely feature wise, i did not see any benefits to upgrading to 6.8.2. In fact, there may be some additional work involving granting special permissions for Webtop users to be able to install the admin push for the new browser plugin.
Can you please provide some feedback as well?
