We are running the utility from content server machine using installation owner account, we have 8K+ orphan files on the file store[filestore_07] but doesn't show up in log file[REM 0 orphan files were found].
select r_object_id, parent_id from dmr_content where storage_id ='<r_object_id of filestore_07>'
Returns: 0
dmfilescan –docbase_name rep1 -s filestore_07 -scan_now FALSE -grace_period 1 -init_file

Additional Details
- if we copy a file from other subfolder the file shows up in log
- if we rename a file file shows up in log
Please advise, what could be reason not finding files even orphane.
