I have an issue when I am trying to log into Documentum (DA) with the repository owner account.
I know that the documentum install owner is 'documentum' (from a dql 'select r_install_owner from dm_server_config') and I am able to use this account, BUT I need to be able to log into the repository with the repository owner account. We have identified this as OCMACC (same name as the repository) from the database_owner value in the server.ini file and also from running the following dql 'select operator_name from dm_server_config', I've decrypted the password value from the dbpassword.txt file, but these credentials will not let me login to DA or via third party apps (the SmartRecovery client).
Any ideas??
