Does anybody know how to create a D2 ACL with Access Restriction?

We are needing to create a D2 ACL (Security) with a r_permit_type = 3: AccessRestriction.

The base ACL created is always for a r_permit_type of 0: AccessPermit.

In DA, we can modify an ACL generated by D2 to change it to a restricted access but not through D2 Security Config.  We would prefer to use a standard D2 config, rather than a custom implementation.

Any ideas???
