AIX 5.2 and upgrading to OD6.1

System

Upgrading OD 5.6 Sp1 to 6.1 on AIX 5.2.

Install went smoothly and when we issue a iwod60 start command it appears as if OD never completes the load of OD....

Cannot communicate with the od admin console.

Tried to reinstall and still have the same outcome.

Ports we are using are not in use on the AIX server..
