Page not displaying content

The problem we have is Flash content (top page movie banner) is not displaying on the page start up when deployed to the live server. But will display and play the flash movie while in a Teamsite work area. The flash content is written into the page via a java script file which enbeds the flash (.SWF) file in between div tags. Anyone got any ideas which could assist us to rectify the problem.
