refreshing the cgi from iwperl

The customer would like to refresh the WebDeskPro workarea window to show that the DCR is unlocked
The customer also wants to make this script work for users who normally have no rights to unlock the DCR.

Is this possible at all via iwperl coding? Anyone has an idea how, what iwperl code could be used to get this done. Any tip in the direction would be more than welcome!
