jsp files getting 500 error in teamsite

Some of our JSP files are receive HTTP 500 errors when they are viewed from Teamsite. The JSP files that are receiving the erros have includes in them to other files. I beleive the problem may be that our Iplanet configuration is not correct to resolve the path to the included files correctly. Does anyone know how to fix this?
