TS6.5 UI hangs for 4+ users
Hi,
We recently built new Win2K3 box with no service packs on it. Installed TS6.5 SP1, OD6.0.2. Everything looked okay during testing with one or 2 users on the system. After rollout to actual users, with 4-10 concurrent users, UI becomes very slow. Login to TS takes too long 2-5 minutes. We are seeing page timeouts as well. At this time windows box login through terminal services also takes too long. We are forced to reboot the system. We have opened ticket with IWOV Support couple of week ago, not much progress. Thought of post here also, nothing hurts, any thoughts, ideas apprecited.
When we have problem, iwstat -c returns results instanteniously and so is iwgetwfobj. In task manager, CPU, memory usage is flat as if no load on the system. I did not get any clues from the iwtrace, iwevent, iwserver logs except following repeated errors from iwui/servletd/iw-webd logs.
