Broken Pipe

Hi,

I am using TeamSite 6.5. While generating the preview from the DCR, I am getting this error in the browser:

Preview And Generate Error:

The following error occured while creating file Y:\****\main\****\WORKAREA\Content\templatedata\zz_tst_administrator_0_manifest:
Broken pipe
The file was not generated.

Could any one please help me to solve this.
