Teamsite Upgrade to 6.5

System

Hi Guys,

In my environment I have currently two TeamSite versions 5.5.1 and 5.5.2. I am planning to Upgrade 6.5 version in near future.

I would like to know the feedback on the my TeamSite Upgrade plan. Here are the steps I am following,

Copy the workflows, templates, deployments (OD and DD), custom scripts from V5.5.1 to V5.5.2
Stop V5.5.2
Copy the store from v5.5.1 to v5.5.2
Start the v5.5.2
--
Install the 6.5 Version on New server
Copy all the custom scripts, workflows, templates, OD and DD cfgs from V5.5.2 to V6.5
Stop V6.5
Copy the stores from V5.5.2 to V6.5
Start the the server V6.5

And also let me know if I need to run iwconvert tool on V5.5.1 to convert to V5.5.2.
