DCR ERROR - Save was unsuccessful. Unable to create a valid XMLDOMContext

Hi,

i am using teamsite 6.5

Save was unsuccessful. Unable to create a valid XMLDOMContext

Root cause:
INVALID_CHARACTER_ERR: An invalid or illegal XML character is specified.


I am getting this error when i am trying to create a new dcr and i tried to edit the existing dcr i am getting the same type of error.If anyone has encountered this problem before, kindly advise.
