Activating process monitoring but status did not change Stopped to Running.

Hi Expert,

    We are using dashboard of our taskspace application and to activate process monitoring:

    Log in to Taskspace. Click the Administration tab.Select Server Management from the left tree menu.Click the Business Activity Monitor Activate button.The satatus should be change for Stopped to Running but that is not reflect and status is show Stopped that is a issue,whenever Activate button is grayed.Please suggest me what to do.
