Using TS 6.5 on Windows 2k3
We are using DataDeploy to send our DCRs to a Database and all content is viewed via WebSphere. We need to provide a way for the end user to click on the link provided in TeamSite and in workflow and view the file in our Preview environment rather than bring up the DCR in a read only data capture form. If this was an HTML file that was generated from the DCR I could provide this functionality via a proxy remap configuration in the iw.cfg file, however, this does not seem to be the case with DCRs.
We have tried a work around of placing a link the the comments for the task and I can successfully get the URL to appear in the comments, however, it is not possible to place HTML in the comment, it is encoded automatically so it appears as text. This means the end user must copy and paste the URL into their web browser to correctly preview the file.
If anyone has solved this before, I could really use some help here.
