Bypassing TPL merge step to retain DCR XML format

I need a workflow that copies the DCR XML file to a specific location and skips the merge-with-presentation-layer process.

The XML output from the TS form DCR file is being imported directly into a Flash file for final presentation. That much is working, but I don't know workflow well enough to know which wrench to throw at it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
