Changing Title/label of an Item

System

Hi,

I am trying to figure out a way to Change the title/label of an item dynamically in the DCT , is this possible?

Scenario:
On item change in a drop down/ select box, i am displaying certain items. For one of the item i want the value selected above as the title/label of the item.
