Metadata Capture Form - cgi callout not proper

In the metadata capture form, when we are using cgi-callout or callout elements within text or textarea or readonly elements, the spacing between the button and text box is not there. They are overlapping each other.

I just want to know whether any of you guys faced the same issue. If in case, what was Interwoven's response in this regard.

Your assistance in this regard will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
