Problems calling ipl file

System

I´m trying to visualize a field of a DCR but doesn´t work.
The thing is that the DCR calls an ipl file:
<cgi-callout url="/iw-bin/iw_cgi_wrapper.cgi/z_calendar.ipl" label="Ver calendario" window-features="width=200,height=230,resizable=no,toolbar=no,scrollbars=no,titlebar=no"/>
that is, a calendar where you can choose the date an it is printed in the DCR but when generating the html this item does not appear.

The rest of the items such as radio buttons, text fields... are correctly visualized. What do I have to put in the tpl?
