Updates to Visual Template Builder?

I've read some threads about Visual Template builder...

Has this Dreamweaver plug-in been updated to work with TS 6.2?

Sure wish there was a wysiwyg template builder to help us make create our dcts and tpls faster. Having to work entirely in the code view seems a step backwards in the development world.
