Metadata Deployment Workflow

Hi

I have 2 <select> list drop down fields of files in my Workflow :
1. Source metadata List
2. Destination metadata list

so based on 1st metadata, i want to set the same attributes on 2nd and deploy the metadata. Can i have any idea how to achieve this functionality.?
