Virtulization Failure

Lately our virtulization server seems to fail when a new aspx or dll is added. It's as if the virtulization server has a caching issue or something. This also happens for seeing CSS changes, though it comes through about 5 minutes later. Has anyone got ideas on what may be causing this issue? Thanks,
