I'd like to use the typical workflow instantiator screen, but I've looked through the documentation and am at a loss of how to make this screen anything more than the (sorry) boring format:
Field Name TEXT FIELD
Field Name2 DROP DOWN LIST
... blah blah blah. I'd like to put in some <hr>'s, additional text without form fields associated with them, and maybe an MPG. Okay, maybe not an MPG, but any advice on the first two?
