TS 6.5 SP1 on win2k3 application errors!

SP1 said it installed successfully, then when i reboot im greeted w/ a myriad of errors:

1) Screenshot

2) event viewer has this application error:

Faulting application iwteamsite.exe, version 6.5.0.0, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.

3) when i browse to http://isnwspwebdev3/iw-cc/ i get the following error:

Unable to establish connection with server
