Hi,
I am trying provide a link in workflow email so that users can click on the link and take ownership of the task. we are on TS6.1 W2K. I found the following url from one of the knowledge base article
http://server/iw/webdesk/task?taskid=...
But this is leaving the user on the task details landing page where users has to click on "take" link to proceed further. Is there a redirect link that actually takes ownership? Appreciated help in this regard.
