In Win2k TS 6.1, no service packs, I have a DCT that has an inline. This inline populates a <select> with the following four options:

<option value="Find My Event.asp" label="Find My Event"/>
<option value="Key Dates.asp" label="Key Dates"/>
<option value="Guideline Rules.asp" label="Guideline Rules"/>
<option value="North American Meet Results.asp" label="North American Meet Results"/>
</substitution>
What I am noticing is that only the first and third items show in the <select> list. Has anyone encountered this? Does one of the service packs address this, if it's a known bug with 6.1?
