Migration of Win2k Backing store to Unix Backing S

I hope someone can help out there.

We have created a successful deployment of Interwoven and associated data within Win2k. We now require to move this to a Unix environment.

Having looked through all manuals there appears to be no way to convert a Backing Store from one format to another. Is there a way to "mount" the Win2k store to the Unix implementation so that is sees it correctly, or is there a means to convert from one format to another.
